Nancy, France
I arrived here in Nancy from Paris on Sunday afternoon by train and was greeted by my parents at the station. It was the first time I’d seen them since I left DC back in March and so it was really nice to see them again. After dropping my suitcase off the hotel, we headed over to the Place Stanislas for an afternoon drink. This plaza is incredible and I posted a photo of it at night below....

I arrived in Paris from Edinburgh on Thursday night after a slightly delayed layover in Heathrow. My flight ended up being a few hours late and it was close to almost midnight when I actually walked out of the airport. I was glad that I had made a reservation at a nearby airport hotel since I think it would’ve been a bit of a hassle getting from Orly into Paris at that time of night.

Edinburgh, Scotland
After 3 great weeks back in San Francisco I was once again on my way. My first stop is Edinburgh, Scotland, which I arrived in last Saturday (5/5). Day 30
After a month of traveling across the country, I’m going to be spending the next two weeks just hanging out in San Francisco before I head off to Europe. Since I’ve left DC I haven’t stayed in one place more than 3 nights, so it’s going to be weird being in one place again, even it’s for a short time. Day 22
So 3 weeks later, 4,200+ miles, 12 cities, and 6 po’boys I’m back in California. Since my last post I’ve visited Colorado Springs, Moab, Las Vegas, and now I’m in LA. I’ll be heading up to SF on Saturday to celebrate my birthday and also being back in the City. Then on Monday I’m going to head up to Tahoe for a few days to hang out with some more friends....
Day 14
Today was a long haul from San Antonio (via Austin) to Santa Fe. I went over 750 miles in just 14 hours. This was definitely the longest driving day so far and hopefully for the rest of the trip. Besides almost running out of gas in the desert somewhere around the border of Texas and New Mexico, it was actually not too bad.

Spent yesterday hanging out of with my friend Justin at his neighborhood country club playing tennis and enjoying drinks at the bar afterward.
